Kielbasa And Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1/2 lb. noodles
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 tsp. oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 lb. kielbasa, cut in half and thinly sliced
Preparation
    Grease a 2-quart casserole.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in large pot of lightly salted water.
    Cook until water comes to boil.
    Simmer 10 minutes.
    Remove potatoes and set aside. Add noodles to water and cook 5 minutes.
    Drain and return to pot.
    Heat butter and oil; add onion and cook 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until tender.
    Add cooked potatoes, paprika and salt to onions.
    Cook 2 minutes; add chicken broth and boil 1 minute.
    Pour potato mixture over noodles and mix well.
    Pour mixture in casserole.
    Toss kielbasa over top.
    Bake 20 minutes.
