Ham Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3 lb. ground ham
    2 eggs
    3 c. crushed graham crackers
    2 c. milk
    2 cans tomato soup
    3/4 c. vinegar
    2 1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
    Form into balls, using 1/2 cup of mixture to make for each ball (about 25 balls). Place in a shallow baking dish and cover with soup mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    May also be rolled into golf ball size balls and cooked in crock-pot all day on low.
