Snicker Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) bag caramels
    1 box German chocolate cake mix
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a bowl, combine the cake mix, 1/3 cup evaporated milk and the melted butter.
    Take 1/3 of the mixture and press into a 9 x 13-inch greased and generously floured pan.
    (It helps to completely flour your hands when pressing the mixture.)
    Bake for 6 minutes.
