Rosemary Pork Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. pork tenderloin
1 Tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
3 Tbsp. dried rosemary
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375.
Rub roast or tenderloin liberally with olive oil, then spread the garlic over it.
Place in a 10 x 15 inch roast pan and sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake 375 for 2 hours or until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 160.
