Carrot-Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 eggs
1 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. crushed pineapple with syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together and beat 2 minutes.
Bake in 9 x 9 x 2-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
Frost with cream cheese icing.
