Salmon Or Tuna Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) can salmon or tuna
    1/2 c. liquid (from salmon or tuna)
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Preheat deep fryer at 350\u00b0.
    Drain all, but 1/4 cup, liquid off the salmon or tuna and set that aside.
    Put salmon or tuna in mixing bowl and break it apart with a fork until you have no big flakes.
    Add the flour and egg.
    You can add a dash of pepper, but no salt.
    Mix well.
    Add the baking powder to the liquid that was set aside and beat well with a fork or whisk until brothy.
    (This is an important set and this mixture can't set.)
