Icebox Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    1 large cream cheese
    9 oz. Cool Whip
    2 (3 oz.) boxes instant pudding and pie filling
    mixed fruit (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use a 9 x 12-inch dish.
    Mix flour, margarine and pecans.
    Spread in bottom of dish; bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    While crust is cooking, mix sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 of the Cool Whip.
    Spread mixture over cool crust.
    Add fruit (well drained) at this point.
    Mix pudding according to package directions and spread over cream cheese mixture.
    Use the other 1/2 of Cool Whip for topping.
    Chill and eat.
    Delicious!!! Yields about 8 servings.
