Ingredients

4 eggs (unbeaten)
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. or more milk
Preparation

Put eggs, flour, salt, sugar and 1 1/2 cups milk in large bowl.
Mix at medium speed until blended.
Add the 1/2 cup or more milk; batter should be thin.
Add 1/4 cup melted butter and blend. Preheat frypan (preferably electric) at highest temperature.
Put small amount of batter in pan; spread thin by tipping pan.
Turn when bubbly.
Do not overbake.
Roll and serve with butter, maple syrup or berry syrup and powdered sugar.
