Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

potatoes (enough for 9 x 13-inch dish)
1/2 lb. cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 stick margarine
1/2 onion, grated
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and slice potatoes.
Cook until tender.
Drain.
Pour into baking dish.
In separate bowl, mix other ingredients.
I usually mix this and put in microwave to melt.
Stir it up good and pour over potatoes.
You may want to crumble corn flakes and sprinkle on top.
Bake for about 30 to 45 minutes.
