Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cups mashed sweet potatoes
    2 cups sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 cup softened margarine
    1 cup milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer until well blended.
    Bake in a greased baking dish at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
    Cool in dish and cut in squares.
