Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon or 3/4 c. chopped ham
    1/2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3 eggs
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Beat eggs, flour, margarine, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour into a 9-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon or ham and cheese over top and gently press.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
