Tuna And Rice Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas and carrots
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 can tuna, drained
    1 1/2 c. Minute premium rice
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a large skillet on medium heat.
    Add onion; cook and stir until tender, but not browned.
    Stir in vegetables, milk, soup and pepper.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in tuna, rice and parsley.
    Cover.
    Remove from heat, let stand 5 minutes.
