Velveeta Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 lb. powdered sugar
1 c. cocoa
1 lb. margarine
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation

Sift powdered sugar and cocoa.
Set aside.
Melt together margarine and Velveeta cheese in the microwave on Medium.
Pour melted mixture into sugar.
Add vanilla and chopped nuts.
Mix well.
Spread into two slightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pans. Cool and cut.
