Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. pork sausage (uncooked, hot or mild)
1 c. Bisquick mix
Preparation

Prepare Bisquick mix as instructed by Bisquick directions for biscuits.
Roll out Bisquick on floured board or aluminum foil into a circle, as thin as possible, but still able to handle.
Should make approximately 12 to 15-inch circle.
Take sausage and pinch off small bite size portions and sprinkle over the circle of Bisquick dough; the thicker, the better it will be.
Roll Bisquick mix dough with sausage over it into jelly roll; may put oil or flour on hands for easy handling of jelly roll.
Pinch ends together and edge of dough to seal.
Roll up in wax paper and freeze until firm to make slicing easier.
Slice approximately 1/4-inch and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake in oven at 400\u00b0 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
