Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
pinch of salt
1 3/4 c. mashed bananas
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and bananas, mixing well.
Combine dry ingredients; stir into banana mixture, just until all ingredients are moistened.
Stir in pecans and vanilla.
Spoon batter into a greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until bread tests done.
