Hot Beefs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. beef (not fat), cut in large stew pieces
    1 (12 oz.) can beer
    1/2 bottle onion salt
    1/2 bottle celery salt
    1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Place beef in large roaster.
    Cover with water and beer. Roast at 350\u00b0 for 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
    Drain off liquid and season with onion salt, celery salt and Worcestershire sauce.
    Grind beef cubes and mix back in seasoned liquid.
    Mix well.
    Freezes well.
