* Three Bean Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can cut green beans
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can yellow wax beans
    1 small green pepper, finely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. salad oil
Preparation
    Drain liquid from all the beans and place in a bowl.
    Mix in green pepper and onion.
    Combine sugar, salt, pepper, vinegar and oil.
    Pour over bean mixture and mix well.
    Refrigerate until ready to serve.
    Letting this salad marinate at least a day or two improves the flavor.
