Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box 1-step angel food cake mix
    1 c. coconut
    1 can lemon pie filling
Preparation
    Mix angel food cake mix according to package directions.
    Add coconut and lemon pie filling and spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    DO NOT OVERBAKE. Top with Cream Cheese Frosting if desired.
    (Is good without the frosting.)
