Italian Dumplings - cooking recipe

1 c. mashed potatoes
salt and pepper
1/4 cube margarine
flour
Preparation
-
Mix enough flour to make dough hard enough to roll.
Shape into rolls; cut thin.
Mash them down more; drop into boiling soup.
If soup stops boiling, wait until the soup boils again; otherwise, your dumplings will stick together and be soggy.
