Cold Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 peck ripe tomatoes, chopped fine
    1/2 c. salt
    5 onions, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    3 green peppers, chopped
    2 lb. brown sugar
    1 c. horseradish
    3 or 4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Let tomatoes
    drain
    overnight with the 1/2 cup of salt in a colander.
    Stir
    in
    all the other ingredients.
    Seal in jars and process.
