Congealed Rice Salad * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. boiling water
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Mix Jell-O, sugar, water and rice; let jell.
    Whip pineapple, pecans and whipped cream.
    Add to other mixture.
    Pour into dish and let set a while in refrigerator.
    Serve on lettuce leaf.
