Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. quick oatmeal
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour or until meat is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Drain and let stand 5 minutes before serving. Bake at 350\u00b0.
