Sausage Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. bulk sausage, uncooked, broken into small pieces
3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly by hand.
Pinch off small balls and shape. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
(Balls should be lightly browned.) Let cool 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove and cool.
Makes 48.
