Banana Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. milk
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    4 Tbsp. margarine
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 to 4 bananas
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine sugar, flour and salt.
    Gradually add milk, mixing well.
    Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils.
    Cook for 2 minutes longer.
    Remove from heat. Stir small amount hot mixture into slightly beaten eggs, immediately return to hot mixture.
    Cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat.
    Add 4 tablespoons of margarine and 2 teaspoons vanilla.
    Line sides and bottom of large dish with graham crackers and slice 3 to 4 bananas on this before adding the filling.
