Electric Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut up chicken
    flour to cover
    1/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. water
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    chunks of green pepper
    chunks of pineapple
    garlic, salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Flour chicken and brown in oil at 250\u00b0.
    Drain chicken and pour off oil.
    In a bowl, mix small amount of water with 2 tablespoons of flour, then add rest of ingredients; mix well. Return chicken to skillet and pour liquid mixture over chicken. Simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve with rice or noodles and green vegetable.
