Christmas Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 cans chicken and rice soup
    1 3/4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, sliced
    1 small jar pimientos
    1 can or jar button mushrooms
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large casserole dish.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour in oven.
    Stir approximately 3 times while cooking.
