Quick Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box all butter cake mix
    1 carton sour cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 pkg. frozen coconut
Preparation
    Cook cake mix as directed.
    Cool and slice into 2 more layers. Use a piece of sewing thread to slice.
    Mix sugar and sour cream. Add 1 1/2 packages of the coconut.
    Place filling between layers and sprinkle with remainder of coconut.
    Let stand several hours before serving.
    Store in refrigerator.
    Freezes well and stays moist a long time.
