Mixed Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can mixed vegetables, drained
    1/2 c. celery, chopped coarse
    1/3 c. onion
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 roll Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix together first 5 ingredients. Top with melted margarine mixed with Ritz cracker crumbs. Sprinkle on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
