Drop Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. unsifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. shortening
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder and salt.
Mix in shortening with fork until crumbly.
Stir in milk.
Mix enough to wet the dry ingredients.
Drop dough from tablespoon onto a greased baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned. Makes about 4 biscuits.
