Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 can pumpkin
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. nuts, soaked in flour
    1 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. water
Preparation
    Thoroughly blend flour, sugar, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Make a well in center, add pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and vanilla.
    Mix until smooth.
    Add nuts and fold in well.
    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
