Beef & Cheese Fold Over - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. barbecue sauce
    6 slices American Cheese
    2 (8 oz.) cans of crescent dinner rolls
    2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
Preparation
    Brown meat and onions, drain.
    Stir in barbecue sauce and set aside.
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0 F.
    Unroll crescent dough into 4 long rectangles on ungreased cookie sheet, overlapping long sides. Firmly press perforations and edges to seal.
    Pat to form 15 x 13 in. rectangle.
    Spread meat mixture lengthwise in a 4 in. strip down center of dough to within 1 in. of end.
    Top meat with cheese slices, fold shorter sides of dough 1 in. over filling.
    Bring long sides of dough rectangle over filling overlapping edges. Pinch to seal.
    Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 F for 20 - 25 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
    Serves 6.
