Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 oz. red food coloring
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. soda
    5 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cream 1/2 cup margarine.
    Add sugar and mix well.
    Add eggs. Combine food coloring and cocoa, making a paste.
    Add to mixture. Add alternately to mixture the buttermilk, flour and vanilla. Mix quickly in jar or cup of vinegar and soda.
    Then add to batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes in greased and floured pan.
