Jewish Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 c. Crisco oil
    4 to 6 medium apples
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
