German Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. salad oil
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. granulated sugar
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. cooking apples, finely chopped
    1 c. nuts, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Combine eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Mix dry ingredients with egg mixture and blend thoroughly.
    Add chopped apples and nuts.
    Pour into greased loaf pans and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until top springs back when depressed. After removing from oven, turn hot bread out of pan onto foil sprinkled with granulated sugar.
    While hot, wrap closely in the foil.
    When cool, store in the refrigerator until needed.
