Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Kluski noodle, cooked and drained
    3/4 cup chopped onions
    1/2 cup carrots, shredded
    2 Tbsp. oil
    6 cups water
    6 chicken bouillon cubes
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. cooked broccoli
    1 tsp. salt
    6 cups milk
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Saut onion and carrots in the oil.
    Add water and bouillon cubes and cook until cubes dissolve.
    Add noodles, broccoli and salt.
    Bring to a slow boil and add salt.
    Just before serving, add milk and cheese until cheese melts.
