Wilma'S Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. shortening
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine meat, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onions, salt, pepper, nutmeg and curry powder.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Form into small balls 1-inch in diameter.
    Brown balls in melted shortening a few at a time.
    Add more shortening if needed.
