Duffie'S Elk Or Deer Hamburgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. elk or deer meat, ground
1 onion, diced
salt and pepper to taste
3 slices bread
little water
2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
Preparation

Add
a\tlittle water to bread to make it soft and break up into crumbs.
Combine all
ingredients.
Make
into patties and fry in frying pan.\tCook slowly.
Will be good and juicy.
