Chicken Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. long grain rice
    3 chicken breasts, split
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. water
    1 can beef or chicken broth
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    Toast rice for 25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper and brown in 1/4 cup hot fat.
    Remove chicken, then cook onion, celery and garlic until tender.
    Stir in rice and remaining ingredients.
    Transfer into 11 x 7-inch dish, top with chicken breasts and cover tightly with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes or until chicken is done and rice tender.
