Preparation

Butter a small casserole dish.
Put a layer of sliced Potatoes. Sprinkle with Onion Salt, Pepper and Flour.
Dot with Butter.
Put another layer of sliced Potatoes.
Sprinkle with Celery Salt, Pepper and Flour.
Dot with Butter.
Put another layer of sliced Potatoes.
Sprinkle with Salt, Pepper and Flour.
Dot with Butter. Almost cover with Milk.
Top with Cracker Crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 1-1/4 hours.
