White Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 can salmon
1 can English peas
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan over very low heat.
Blend in flour, salt and dash of pepper.
Add milk all at once.
Cook quickly, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add salmon and peas.
Serve on crackers or toast.
