Moussaka - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. green onions, chopped
    1 can tomato sauce with tomato bits
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    2 tomatoes
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Swiss cheese
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 large eggplant
Preparation
    Brown meat.
    Add celery, onions, 1/2 can tomato sauce, garlic and tomato paste.
    Slice tomatoes.
    Grate and mix cheeses.
    In buttered casserole, layer as follows: eggplant, cheese, meat sauce, tomatoes, eggplant, tomatoes, other 1/2 can tomato sauce and cheese.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until bubbly.
