Buttercream Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening
2 Tbsp. hot water
1/8 tsp. salt
1 lb. confectioners sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 tsp. white vanilla
1 egg white
Preparation

Cream shortening and add other ingredients, beating until the icing is a creamy smooth consistency.
If a stiffer icing is needed, add a little more confectioners sugar and if it should be a bit thinner, add a few drops of hot water.
