Dill Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
4 Tbsp. buttermilk
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
3/4 tsp. Beau Monde seasoning
1 1/2 tsp. dill weed
Preparation

Mix the first 3 ingredients in blender until smooth.
Remove from blender and add next 5 ingredients; mix well.
Chill until very cold.
Very attractive served in hollowed out cabbage or just on platter surrounded with fresh vegetables.
