Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large head cabbage, coarsely shredded
1 roll smoky cheese
1 (10 oz.) can mushroom soup
1 stick margarine
salt and pepper
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Cook cabbage just until wilted; drain well.
Place layer of cabbage in large casserole dish.
Add half of the cheese, soup and oleo.
Repeat layers.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and light brown.
