Steak Cooked In Beer - cooking recipe

Ingredients

small round steak, chopped
1/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 c. beer
2 tsp. salt
4 slices toast, spread with mustard on top
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/8 tsp. oregano

Preparation

Mix all ingredients and put over chopped steak in a casserole dish and add other mixture.
Bake for about 1/2 to 1 hour.
It is real good and better the next day.
