Tennessee Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 tender ears of corn (sweet)
1 Tbsp. sugar
salt to taste
2 Tbsp. butter or oil
1/2 c. water
Preparation

Cut grains not too close to cob; scrape the rest off the cob. Add 1/2 cup of water, salt and sugar to skillet and cook about 8 to 10 minutes.
