Raspberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. raspberries
    1 c. sugar
    1/3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 recipe plain pastry
Preparation
    Combine berries, sugar, flour, salt and orange juice.
    Fill pastry-lined 8-inch pie pan.
    Dot with butter and adjust top crust. If desired, can sprinkle sugar over top of crust, also.
    Bake in hot oven at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; then turn oven to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 25 to 30 minutes longer.
