Sausage And Peppers Italiano - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage, cut into chunks
    2 Tbsp. water
    2 large green peppers, cut into 3/4-inch wide strips
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (11 oz.) can Campbell's zesty tomato soup/sauce or Hunt's zesty sauce with garlic
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 bag Uncle Ben's boil-in-bag rice (family size)
Preparation
    In covered skillet over medium heat, cook sausage in 2 tablespoons of water for 5 minutes.
    Uncover.
    Cook until sausage is browned on all sides.
    Add green peppers, onion and garlic to sausage in skillet.
    Cook until peppers are tender-crisp, stirring frequently.
    Spoon off fat.
    Stir in soup, 1 cup of water and vinegar.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer 10 minutes.
