Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 to 3 zucchini
1 c. oil
1 small can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs and oil; beat well.
Combine dry ingredients. Add to sugar, eggs and oil.
Mix together.
Add can of pineapple. Stir in zucchini and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
