Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 heads garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
2 c. fresh basil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 loaf French bread
Preparation
-
Saute garlic in olive oil.
Put in blender until smooth.
Add basil; puree.
Add walnuts.
Finally, add Parmesan cheese.
Smooth on French bread.
Heat in oven at 325\u00b0.
